By confirming a reservation, entering our premises, or participating in any activities or services provided by Krunstapek, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Age Requirement:

To ensure a safe and compliant environment, all guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter and use the casino facilities. This applies to gaming floors, lounges, and any events or promotions held in restricted areas.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon entry and may be requested at any time during your stay.

Guests under 21 are welcome in non-casino areas when accompanied by an adult, but access to gaming zones is strictly prohibited.

2. Reservations & Cancellations:

All room bookings at Krunstapek are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of valid payment details or deposit.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival may result in a fee equal to one night’s stay or more, depending on the booking type.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless otherwise stated in your booking policy.

We recommend reviewing your confirmation email for specific terms related to your reservation.

3. Gaming Policy:

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and creating a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests at our casino hotels.

Guests are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their personal limits at our casino and hotel resort.

However, Krunstapek is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings left unattended in public or private areas within our casino hotels.

We strongly recommend using in-room safes or the hotel’s secure front desk storage for valuable items such as passports, jewelry, or large sums of cash at our casino and hotel resort.

Surveillance systems are in place in key areas for guest protection within our casino hotels, but personal vigilance is also encouraged.
